We are the lonely ones
The ones who don't talk or make a sound The ones who are willing to drown The ones who no one talks to The ones no one knows what they go through The ones who have never experienced the feeling of acceptance The ones that no bothers to even look at They will just walk by and be like wow look at that They are the ones who don't understand The ones that poke fun in the first place We just leave without a trace Taking their words to our hearts That's not when the pain even starts The pain starts when we believe those words Before we are even told them We then fall deeper and deeper Until we dont even know who we were Instead we have changed into a new form We know know who we are the weeper We are the “ who are they”’s We are the lonely ones It was a lovely day in Harmagon city. Everyone was living their best life. All except for my friend Ben. He was very poor and didn't have a job. Every day he sat in the streets and begged for some money. I asked him if he wanted to stay over for a few days, he said yes.
“I hate living on the streets!” said Ben. “But i can't find a job”. “Oh, I'm sure you’ll find one soon,” I said. “I hope”. Then Ben walked over to the window and saw a bee. “That's it,” said Ben. He got a pen and a piece of paper and started drawing. When he stopped he said “Ah HA”. “I have done it”. He then showed me the paper. It was a mint but not for money for bees! “This will never work,” I said. “Yes it will,” Ben said. “NO IT WONT” “YES IT WILL”. And he ran out the door and left. The next day I woke up and got dressed and went outside. I was going to apologize to Ben but he wasn't there. There was a weird smell, HONEY!? I walked around the block and there was a huge mint for BEES! I walked in and there were bees flying around there. Then a notification came on my phone and it sated “Bees are now new currency”. “WHAT,” I said. I went to the front desk and asked to see Ben. they let me and i got into the elevator. I had to go one-hundred stories up. When I reached the top I saw Ben. “Ben, I'm sorry”. “It is too late,” he said. “Now you will live on the streets”. “NO, PLEASE” “I have kids,” I said. “Then DANCE FOR THE BEES” Ben said. “What,” I said. “DANCE FOR THE BEES” “NOW”! “OK OK”. “Wait,” said Ben. “I'm gonna call my friends to watch too”. “Come on Ben, i'm sorry please”. “IT IS TO LATE”. He then called all of his friends and they were all there in five minutes. “Now DANCE”. “OK OK,” I said. Then I started dancing like a fool and they all laughed. The End People in the world don’t understand other people's struggles in life. People might say “oh I’m fine’ but for all we know they might actually be hurting inside. All these people don't understand people's pain in their lives and then talking about him/her could be making it even worse.
People just do whatever they think about and that hurts several people, not just me. People may say “It was no big deal” but deep down inside whoever did something could you imagine what they are thinking in their head. They could be depressed from coming to school and being picked on and bullied. Not to mention all their personal problems they may have. Just be nice and not just care about yourself but author people because we all know there is some reason you're doing this. You may be hurting too or you're just doing it for fun but it's still not OK. If your hurting talk to somebody you trust just please don’t take it out on other people. By Brady Jones

By: Brady Jones I have been patrolling for my whole life. I can't even remember when I first started. But it has been so much fun to take down any racers I see and take their points away for every time I bust a racer. I always have been taking down racers and also the rest of my cop friends are happy to help me take down any racer we see. You really don't want to run into us. You can run but you can't hide. Me and my friends will always be hunting you down and will not stop until we catch you. We are your enemy and we are your rival. Written By: Brynna Kelley
I’m not going to lie, this Covid has really hit us hard. A lot of people's family died or got really sick, and we should all be grateful for those people because some of us know how it feels or are going through the same thing but we just don’t show it because we are scared to show it. People are going through hard times with all this covid going around and that's a bad thing, but without this sickness coming our immune systems wouldn't know how to handle it in the future, so we should be lucky. Because all these sickness are making us stronger as human being. I’m not saying this is a good thing because its not all I’m trying to say is without this, we wouldn’t know it is possible to come back stronger. By Rylee OakesThe City of UnclesThere once was a city called “uncleville”. It was the capital of Grandpa-topia. It was the most famous state of all. One day, the people of uncleville were sitting in their rocking chairs, it was a retirement city after all. Anyways, they were sitting when they heard a big bang.It was their worst nightmare, the grandma raid. As the uncles look outside, they see the grandmas, lined up in there wheelchairs, and hip hop hats. Their Worst NightmareThe grandmas were taking over. The uncles of uncleville (the mayors) were trying their best to get the raid under control, but it was no use. The grandma’s came in with a boombox and started breakdancing in their wheelchairs. It was a grandma disco. “Nice afro.” One of the uncle mayors said. The people of uncleville could be heard screaming and crying, it was a horrible sight. The music was from 1970. One of the grandmas started doing the worm on the floor and couldn’t get back up. “Help.” Then, they looked through the door and the savior of uncleville was there. The Savior“Uncle Ricky!!!” They all screamed. The grandma’s were terrified. They had done everything they could to stop him: they turned him into a pickle, potato, and a south African egg, but it was too late. Uncle Ricky was just too powerful. Uncle Ricky turned all the grandmas into zebras with white, dazzling afros. “WAAAAAH! This is worse than losing my dentures!” The mayor of grandma-topolis shrieked in horror. The grandmas surrendered, as the people of uncleville cheered! The normal zebras started eating the grandmas hair. ”Don’t eat that little creatures!” an angry grandma exclaims.. Come TogetherOne grandma says “That is it! I don’t want to fight! I want to become friends! Peace! Peace! Peace!” The other grandmas start chanting peace as well. The uncle mayor goes “Okay… We will make a peace treaty. There will be no more fighting, and no more turning each other into zebras or pickles. ”Uncle Ricky turns the grannies back into humans and the mayors shake hands. Then all was well with the uncle’s. They were peaceful living without dentures, old lady diapers, and stale cookies that tasted like a cement block. “Uncle Ricky, we now declare you mayor of unclesville.” “Yay,” Uncle Ricky said. And they all lived a happy life.

Watching the people walk past me Day after day Living off of the little scraps Generous people give Day after day Waiting for something, someone, To take me home Wrap a collar around my neck Pet me Maybe even name me But day after day I lay here in this box Cold and hungry and broken My hopes of a home other than this cold cardboard box Seemed as far away as my tail is from my head Like a normal day I laid on the curb in my box Trying to ignore the pain of hunger in my stomach when a pair of legs stopped for a moment Big green eyes stared into my crippled soul She kneeled down and stared at me My floppy ears perked up and I stared back A smile spread across her freckled face Like I was the most beautiful thing she had ever seen Cold and dirty Wet and tortured I stared into her eyes She reached out her hand I cringed Instead of hitting me she caressed my filthy head “Come here, boy.” “Come here.” My legs wobbled as I attempted to get up With my tail tucked between my legs I walked as weak as my flimsy box “My name’s August.” she said. She picked me up and held me My wet pink tongue cleaned her freckled face Her warmth curing a frostbitten heart That lied within me She picked me up as I whined My tail thumping against her arm She stared into my hazel eyes And said “I think I’ll call you ‘Lou’” I buried my head into her stomach She arrived at what I thought was her house A taller girl was startled “What is this?” She tried to grab me August resisted “He was laying on the street in the middle of winter!” She petted me “He’s just a puppy, too, momma.” The taller one looked at her, then at me Then her again “You are taking care of him, then.” August held me out to the taller one I wiggled my nose at her She petted me “He needs a bath!” After placing me in a pot full of water She drizzled a pink goop in it Round spheres danced and mingled around me Attaching themselves to my nose I sneezed She giggled and wrapped me in a towel And dried me off She turned on this big rectangle That had pictures moving on it My black nose wiggled I stared at it in wonder “You like TV? Me too!” We watched the big box produce noise and light The sound of August’s beating heart Caused a sleepiness to run over me I fell asleep Knowing now that I had a place to call “Home” |
