Mr. Thornburg is from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania he went to college at West Virginia University. He has be teaching for 21 years. His favorite part of teaching is interacting with all his students. Mr. Thornburg can play 8 different instruments the first instrument he could play was the saxophone. Mr. Thornburg played band himself through middle school and high school. His favorite subject in school was band because he likes music. Not only did he play in his school band he played baseball and some basketball. His favorite animal is a mallard duck. Interview by C. Nov. 4th. It's open to the public. This is the beginning of a series of shows they are calling "5x5". Tickets are available from the Laughing Owl Press and at the door.
This one in particular will benefit the Arts in KASD. There will be visiting artists as well as artwork by our art teacher, Mrs. Aiello and HS art teacher, Mrs. Sirianni.
