Lots of kids aren’t so keen with face masks, none of us are. It bothers us every time we give a friend a high five and get addressed for it. We wish we could sit with each other on the school bus. This pandemic has affected us all. Just know that the teachers, school principal, and staff are going through this with you. It’s not like the teachers want to tell you no for the high fives and the fist bumps. It’s not like the bus drivers enjoy making you sit by yourselves. It's not like the principal likes enforcing social distancing. All of these procedures are made for our safety so we can stay in school. We are in this together, and remember, when this pandemic is all set and done, we will be grateful in how strong we have become and closer (mentally, not physically). Stay safe and stay strong, Contributing Writer of Wolves Cry: R.O. Oakely Comments are closed.
