7th Grade students had the opportunity to put what they have been learning in geography and ELA to practice. In The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind, a young Malawian boy, William, teaches himself how electricity works and builds his family a windmill. For the centers, the 7th grade students start with beginner or moderate electricity kit and have the chance to work their way up to advanced kits. Advanced kits have been mastered by: Brayden B, Billy S, Trey B, William C, Rosstan W, Emily S, and Adison J.
