This past Saturday artwork from 3 different students from Kane Elementary and Middle School was featured in an event held for the arts at the Kane Memorial Chapel. Artwork from students at the high school was also featured. There was a gallery show with lots of artists exhibiting work including selected students, Mrs. Aiello, and Mrs. Sirianni. There was live instrumental music and food from the Westline Inn. The Laughing Owl Press is highlighting the arts in our community and this was the first installment. The proceeds from Saturday night's event will go to the KASD art department.
Please give congratulations to these students for being selected to show their artwork: 7th grade: Dale Morris -"Trump" 5th grade: Aizlinn Heasley - "Abstract" 3rd grade: Abby Hollabaugh - "Cityscape at Night" Comments are closed.
